Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of order so we can follow up on a claim. Future performance of the plant is dependent upon culture and we cannot assume responsibility after 72 hours. If plants are in bud, we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of buds or open flowers due to uncontrollable situations in the handling of the parcels by the carrier. |
